Weigh-in #3 RESULTS / Pound for Pound Challenge

Here it is. Some of you are doing awesome!!!! Keep up the good work! Others....(cough, cough....me....) don't worry, we'll get there. Just keep plugging along. Kristi is still kicking our trash! Heidi is nipping at her heels though. Way to go!

  3. Sorry Kristi for not getting back to you sooner. I have just been eating low carbs and exercising everyday. What have you been doing you have almost doubled me?

  4. No biggie :) I eat tonz of fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins... I love carbs too much to say goodbye... but I did switch to whole grains where possible. I do a Jillian Michaels work out most days, but lately Ive been jogging daily to get ready for the 5K this Saturday. I am so excited!!! Are you coming?? It would be nice to meet everyone.
